Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On this day, you will check in early at Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled domestic flight departing at around 6:00 am to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The scenic flight takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, landing at Kihihi Airstrip.
Upon arrival, a short transfer of about 50 minutes will take you to your luxury lodge overlooking the beautiful Bwindi Forest. With PrideMark Safaris, you’ll arrive in good time to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Optional activities can be arranged at the lodge reception at an extra cost, giving you the flexibility to enhance your experience.

Gorilla Trekking Adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
This day marks the highlight of your journey with PrideMark Safaris, a truly unforgettable experience. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you’ll take a short 6-minute drive to the park headquarters in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for your briefing. The session often begins with a traditional dance, followed by important guidelines from the rangers.
You will then be placed into small groups of up to 8 people, and each group is assigned a specific gorilla family. The duration of the trek varies depending on the location of the gorillas, typically ranging from 4 to 8 hours. Once you find them, you’ll spend a strictly limited one hour observing these incredible primates in their natural habitat, with wearing a face mask being mandatory.
After this extraordinary encounter, you’ll trek back and return to your lodge, where you can relax and reflect on the experience.

Return Flight to Entebbe International Airport
This marks your final day with PrideMark Safaris. After breakfast, you will transfer to Kihihi Airstrip, a journey of about 50 minutes. Your domestic flight may make a few stopovers along the way before continuing to Entebbe International Airport.
