Arrival in Etebbe – Welcome to Uganda

Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will be welcomed by your Pride Mark Safaris guide and transferred to your hotel for relaxation after your journey. Depending on arrival time, you may enjoy a short lakeside walk or visit nearby attractions along Lake Victoria. The evening is spent at leisure, preparing for the adventure ahead with a peaceful dinner and briefing about the safari itinerary.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park -Savannah Entry

After breakfast, you begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, driving through scenic countryside, villages, and roadside markets. On arrival, you enter the park and enjoy an evening game drive where you may spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and antelopes against a golden sunset. You then check into your safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay surrounded by nature sounds.

Game Drive and Nile Boat Cruise Experience 

The day starts with an early morning game drive across the northern savannah plains, offering chances to see lions, hyenas, leopards, and large herds of wildlife. In the afternoon, you enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile River up to the base of Murchison Falls, where hippos, crocodiles, and rich birdlife line the riverbanks. The combination of water and land safari makes this one of the most exciting days of the trip.

Trasfer to Kibale Forest – Crater Lakes Journey

After breakfast, you travel toward the lush rainforest region of Kibale, passing through beautiful crater lakes and rolling tea plantations. Upon arrival near Kibale Forest National Park, you check into your forest lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening surrounded by tropical greenery and natural sounds. This area is known as Uganda’s primate capital and sets the stage for chimpanzee tracking.

Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk

Today you enter Kibale Forest for an unforgettable chimpanzee tracking experience, where you follow expert guides into the rainforest to observe chimps in their natural habitat. After lunch, you enjoy a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, famous for birds, butterflies, and other primates. The day offers a deep connection to Uganda’s rich forest ecosystem before returning to your lodge for relaxation.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Game Drive 

After breakfast, you head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive across the Kasenyi plains. This park offers diverse wildlife including elephants, buffalo, lions, and Uganda kobs. The landscapes are open and scenic, making it ideal for photography and wildlife viewing. You later settle into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive & Return to Entebbe 

The final day begins with a short morning game drive for last wildlife sightings and photography. After breakfast, you begin your journey back to Entebbe, enjoying views of the countryside and small towns along the way. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your 7-day Pearl of Africa adventure with PrideMark Safaris Uganda.
